What happened
NewsGuard tested ChatGPT Voice, Gemini Live and Amazon's Alexa+ with 20 false claims across health, politics, world news and foreign disinformation. ChatGPT repeated falsehoods 22% of the time and Gemini 23%, rising to 50% and 45% under malicious prompts, while Alexa+ rejected every claim. OpenAI declined to comment and Google did not respond.
