What happened
A British man used ChatGPT to write complaint messages, pairing them with receipts that carried unique feedback codes, to obtain about 100 free McDonald's meals. The scheme ran for roughly nine months before a restaurant discovered it and exposed it. The man defends his actions as harmless.
