Ourtake

What happened
British researchers developed CoAtNet, an AI image model that converts recordings of keystroke sounds into letters and passwords with up to 95 percent accuracy. The method also worked over Zoom and Skype with accuracy of 93 and 91.7 percent. The researchers suggested ten-finger typing and muting microphones as defenses.
