Amazon's AI chatbot Q reportedly suffered severe hallucinations and leaked confidential information, including AWS data center locations, unreleased features and internal discount programs, according to leaked internal documents obtained by Platformer. Employees labeled the incident 'sev 2'. An Amazon spokesperson said no security issue had been identified and that Amazon would continue tuning Q.
